At Despaña Brand Foods, we strive for excellence in every shipment, but due to the perishable nature of our specialty Spanish products, returns are handled with specific care to ensure food safety. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

Email our team at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
Review and Approval
Our team will review your request to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement; please note that we cannot accept returns on opened perishable goods or items affected by shipping delays beyond our control.
Return Authorization
If a return for a non-perishable item is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected or your claim is verified, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
